Employees spend more than 14 hours a month "social not-working" on company time - e-mailing friends and family and other activities.

Yet one in three dedicates no time to sorting out their finances.

This is according to new research from AXA, ahead of the launch of AXA's My Budget Day (21 November) - a programme designed to encourage people to committing one hour a month to their finances.
