No leeway on bills during post strike

BANKS could cash in on the postal strike by hitting customers with penalty fees if they miss credit card payment deadlines.
Banks have indicated there will be no leeway because of the strike.
They insist customers should take steps to find out how much they owe on their cards and make a payment by the normal deadline.
